Nje depo me municion ushtarak ka shperthyer ne Rusi. Sipas raporteve te para jane 6 te vdekur dhe te pakten 12 te plagosur ne nje shperthim qe ka ndodhur ne Ashuluk ne rajonin Astrahkan ne Rusi. Te pakten 5 nga te plagosurit jane cuar menjehere ne spital pasi jane ne gjendje me te rende. Shperthimi ne oren e Moskes ndodhi rreth ores 17:00 te se martes 23 gusht 2011.
